Abstract
objectives of Project CHOICE (Creating Her Options in Career Exploration) were (a) to develop procedures for identifying barriers that might interfere with the fulfillment of the potential of gifted and talented high school girls from diverse racial and family backgrounds in a variety of settings, (b) to design and use strategies for removing those identified internal and external barriers, and (c) to evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2019 APA, all rights reserved) (Source: chapter) The subject population initially consisted of 286 gifted and talented young women from high school sophomore classes.
